We gather together each seeking Christ through worship and prayer. This is the
heart of our lives together.
Altar Guild
The members of the Altar Guild prepare the sanctuary for worship, care for the
chancel area as we as the altar linens, candlesticks and vessels used during
communion.
Acolytes
Acolytes assist the clergy at the altar during services. This ministry is open
to young people and adults. Training is required.
Liturgical Assistants
Trained men and women who assist in our worship services.
Ushers
Ushers greet and seat parishioners and newcomers. They distribute bulletins,
receive the offering and direct those receiving communion to the altar rail. Men
and women of the parish are encouraged to participate in this important
ministry.
Choir
The Adult Choir provides musical leadership at the 10:00 a.m. service and at
other special services. The Children’s Choir sings during the offertory on the
last Sunday of each month. The Men’s Choir sings during special holiday
services. The Bell Choir plays during Christmas and Easter services.
Nursery
Nursery services are available downstairs in the Langhorst Wing during the 10:00
am service. Parents can participate in worship services while children are
supervised by our trained staff. Children join the parents for Holy Communion.
